Its Tuesday!

“Slow it down, honey!” She said to Akshay.

Akshay was driving fast, with the speed of 100 miles per hour. He was running late to office, and had to drop his wife, Neha the nursing home as she worked over there. She repeatedly told him to slow it down. But he did not listen her, and kept on driving fast; fast as wild. He drove past many vehicles in a flash of a second, and his wife kept praying to herself. Akshay smiled at her worry looking face, and put his hand on her cheek, and said, “Don’t worry, sweetheart! Everything’s going to be all right!” At this, she replied, “Yeah! Do not pretend to be “the Akshay Kumar” because you are not.” He laughed at this, and started to kiss on her cheeks that suddenly his wife asked him to stop as a monkey came in front of their car. He tried to put brakes but before he could do it, it was too late. The monkey had already come under the car, but Akshay kept on driving continuously, and didn’t stop. After few minutes, Akshay heard her weeping. He asked, “What happened? Why are you crying? To this, she replied, “I told you to stop but you didn’t. Look now what have you done. You have killed a monkey on a Tuesday.” Akshay gave a surprising look, and said, “What?? What the hell are you talking?” He then went silent and didn't feel like answering. There wasn't any answer to this as there are so many such things like it is said generally that whenever a black cat crosses you, you must turn across and do not take that path or else it will cause any mishap. And, more of these, which are beliefs being sought off for so long time. He kept on driving, and remained silent for the rest of journey. Neha's nursing home came, and she started to get off the car. He held her hands, and told her, "Don't worry! Everything's going to be alright." He then hugged her, and she got off the car to go to the nursing home. Akshay waved at her, and shouted to her, "See you in the evening, 6 PM, sharp." He drove off, and she kept on looking at her car until the car wasn't to be seen. He then drove off speedily as he was already late to office. He thought that today his boss will kill him. He switched on the stereo system. Suddenly, his cell phone rang. He looked his cellphone but it wasnt his. He looked around and cannot make out from where it was ringing. "It must be Neha's", he thought to himself. "But where the hell it is coming from. Then, with his right-hand on the steering wheel, he held his left-hand and opened the glove box. "There it is!" He sprang up with joy. He took the cellphone out, and picked it up to hear Neha's voice on the other side. "Hi, Jaan, I forgot my cellphone. Can you please come and give it to me. I will come at the gate and you need not come inside as you are already getting late." "These women I tell you sometimes seem to be so confusing." He thought. When they speak such words like Jaan, no husband can do anything but to whatever they want to. "Its OK, dear! I will come over" He said. He quickly disconnected the phone, and lifted the gear to take a U-turn. He was about to take a U-turn when a truck came from other side, and hit Akshay's car from side. His car rolled over, and went on rolling, and stopped in a tilted position, at a few meter distance. Akshay's hand sprang from the driver's window, and one could have seen the broken watch on his arm which he was wearing, and which was given to him by his father-in-law as a marriage gift.

And, the truck that hit Akshay's car ran speedily, and behind it was written,

"
Never ever kill a monkey on a Tuesday!"
