Honey, I met my idol!

She was both thrilled and excited as Rani was meeting her favorite icon "Sabeer Khan", the star. He had been her since long and she had even dreamt of marrying him, and have kids. It was a one-sided love, atleast when Sabeer got married to another superstar, Reema Kapoor. Rani's heart was shattered once she heard of Sabeer's marriage. She had not eaten anything for two days in grief. Such a kind of love was she into with Sabeer Khan. But, since then, life has moved on for Rani as she also got married to Ravi, an IT professional, and was living in Delhi for over two years. It was not until she got a chance to meet her favorite idol in a singing reality show. She was not a very good singer but she had just come here to meet her idol; though she was fond of singing and had a good collection of songs, ofcourse all were from Sabeer's films. She got this opportunity to sing in the reality show because of Ravi whose company was sponsoring this event. So, Ravi got everything finalized for her, and even ensured that she atleast got selected during the Auditions. "See, what I have to do for you. Now, you must be thankful to me, sweetheart." said Ravi to her wife, just trying to tease her. But, Ravi had done this because he really loved her wife, and could do anything for her. So, the D-Day had finally arrived. Her favorite icon was sitting in front of her, and she was the third person to sing. Rani was feeling little dizzy, and was having butterflies in her stomach. Her favorite icon, Sabeer Khan was here, and she was to sing to impress him. "What will happen if I dont sing well? How will Sabeer react? Will he laugh at me? Will he....Wont he.....? " All these questions kept on pondering over Rani's mind as the first two singers had sung really well, and so the expectation was high. And, then her turn came in. The anchor called upon her name, "So, it will be Rani now to sing. Ladies and Gentlemen, please put your hands together for Rani." Rani came forward to the center stage, trembling. She had rehearsed quite well, and knew what song was she supposed to sing, the song from Sabeer's movie which she had seen a dozen times. She had started off well, and had bought tears in everyone's eyes, especially Sabeer. Then, there was a slight hitch in the voice; but she could manage it to pitch it down, and successfully finished the song. All the people in the audience remained silent, and even the judges didn't say anything for a second until Sabeer stood up, and clapped his hands, hardly, applauding her efforts. He came to the center stage, while dancing on the tunes of his favorite movie, and said, "You were really good, Rani." This bought tears to her eyes, and she started crying. She was filled with joy, and hugged Sabeer tightly, and even kissed him on his cheeks. It was then when she was awakened by her cell phone's ringtone, which was from Sabeer Khan's HIT movie.

She picked up, and said Hello in a sleepish voice. "Hey, Cutie, What are you upto? What made you so long to pick up the phone?" said Ravi, her husband on the other line. He said, "Now listen. Go and switch on the television." "Why" she asked. To this he told her to do what is being said otherwise the program will get over. She quickly looked for the remote from the drawer while holding over the phone, and pushed the power on. "Now, go to Channel 15", it was Ravi on the line instructing her. She did what was being said just thinking what was going on. It was not until a second when Channel 15 arrived that she saw her favorite idol, Sabeer Khan who had come in a singing reality show.
